TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
The Board of Directors of PT. Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk (“Company”) hereby inform to the Shareholders of the Company that on 2 nd May 2019 Mr Damien Dimitri Morot, Independent Director of the Company and Mr Andreas Wust, Commissioner of the Company, have submitted their resignation letters to the Company. The resignation will be effective on 20 th June 2019.
